Fredorch Sex Machine – 200W Servo Premium
I purchased the Fredorch Sex Machine (200W Premium/Servo motor) after seeing the HiSmith Servok. As you know I spend a ton of money on sex toys but 1600 dollars on a sex machine is outside of what even I am willing to pay. In my searches I found the Fredorch Premium 200W Sex Machine and decide for <400 bucks (sale price at the time) it was worth a shot.
The Fredorch 200W Premium machine is an awesome machine at this price point. Unlike the similarly priced machines from HiSmith (or others) you can change the stroke and pattern on the fly. It’s a wild experience that is unlike anything I had felt from a machine before.
Like other users have mentioned, the control box (with the knobs) is pretty much useless¹ so I wouldn’t bother getting that version, the handheld remote works perfectly, I can now confirm that xtoys.app will work to control the Fredorch from your phone. Simply find “Fredorch” in the app and connect via bluetooth. It’s very responsive, I haven’t tried any custom patterns yet but I’m sure you could use them. Very neat feature!
This machine supports two extension rods (one in each direction for double user fun) but it is driven by one servo motor and a belt drive system. I wouldn’t say that this is more powerful than a typical HiSmith premium machine (the $500 dollar ones) but again, the versatility with adjustable stroke on the fly is a huge bonus.
The only issue I’ve had with the machine is that it’s kind of loud at the upper limits. Not even the motor, but the metal casing around the the device. I found if you want to make it quieter you can either take the shell off (risky) or add some rubber washers to it which is what I did. That helped a lot with the buzzing noise.
When I say it’s loud I don’t mean it’s genuinely loud, I just mean it’s louder than a HiSmith, your neighbors aren’t going to hear it but if you have other people in your house they might. The legs on this are hollow metal tubs as opposed to the HiSmith machines. This is clearly a cost saving measure but luckily it’s an easy fix. They are the same diameter as the ones the HiSmith uses so if you had one of those already you can simply use those tubes. Otherwise, amazon actually sells the tubes here and they aren’t expensive at all.
Not sure if this link works but I bought these ridiculously long tubes for $50 each https://amzn.to/3XDoUs9
You’re looking for “Case Hardened Chrome Shaft Linear Rail Rod” in 25mm diameter. You can get 500mm length (about the same as the standard tubes) for $30 a piece. You can also get cheaper non-chromed rods but no promises they won’t rust just from normal humidity (the chromed ones won’t, nor will stainless steel). The reason you may want to swap out the hollow tubes for solid ones is simply due to weight. If you prop this up against a wall or something, you don’t need to swap the tubes out but if you’re going to use it free standing and plan on using toys that offer any sort of resistance you’re going to want the added weight of the solid tubes.
Still though, HiSmith’s Servok toy which is the only one they make that offers on the fly stroke length changes is up to 5X more expensive as this Fredorch. It might be stronger than this but for most normal users the Fredorch is going to be fine. I have used it successfully with 3.2 inch diameter toys… What a ride!
Shipping was discreet and fast. It shipped directly from Fredorch’s warehouse in the western US. I haven’t had any warranty claims with my machine but the customer support is quick to respond for any questions I’ve had.
Conclusion:
Would I recommend the Fredorch Sex Machine? Yes I would, if you’re looking for an on-the fly adjustable stroke machine there is no other option anywhere close to this price point. Unless you have a HiSmith machine to take the legs off I would budget another 50-60 bucks to get the solid metal replacement legs (https://amzn.to/3XWvyLw) to give your machine some added heft. Outside of that, the noise is not a dealbreaker and like I said, it only happens at the upper limits (longest stroke length & large diameter toy).
So if you don’t think you want to add a rubber washer or take the shell off (I wouldn’t recommend using it long term with the shell off) it’s still a fine machine but (in my experience – may just be my specific machine) there buzzing/rattling at times that is louder than my old HiSmith machines in normal operations – so just be aware of that.

Again, even at 450 with the new legs (don’t bother with the package that comes with the knob controller) it’s as cheap as a normal HiSmith machine but has adjustable stroke length on the fly!

Notes:
¹ I spoke with the Fredorch team and they told me this in relation to the knobs. May be useful information if you have the controller.
Note that each half turn is an instruction; Don’t switch between instructions too quickly;
Mode key: clockwise quick half-turn is to turn on, and then fast half-turn is to switch frequency conversion, counterclockwise half-turn is to stop.
Distance: clockwise half turn is to adjust the insertion stroke lengthened, counterclockwise is to reduce the stroke.
Speed: Adjust the speed, clockwise half turn is fast, counterclockwise is slow can be tested to see
